The Citizens Bank is pleased to begin offering in-person services again with the re-opening of our lobby. Please understand we take the Health and Safety of our Customers and Employees very serious. For in-person services, you will be required to consent and adhere to the following guidelines:
Access to our lobby, requires all person(s) to have their temperature taken with our touchless temperature gauge, prior to entry;
Your temperature must be below 100.4 for entry (If you temperature is above 100.4 you will be asked to use our Drive Thru or Mobile Banking Services);
Once in the lobby, please maintain a 6ft Social Distancing, at all times;
Please hand the teller your transaction and step one step back so as to adhere to Social Distancing;
Hand Sanitizer is available upon entering and exiting the building;
Masks will also be available for use when meeting with a Loan Officer or other bank employee(s);

The Citizens Bank will not send out text alerts regarding your debit card. Do not give out any personal information or reply to the text message.
